2024 Swim
Our annual swim is one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have. Swim one or a hundred laps, alone or in a team. Our last swim was on 2-3 March 2024, raising $110,000 for mental fitness programs on the northern beaches & across Australia.
Art Exhibition
We’re excited to announce that Head Above Water is the charity partner for an exhibition at Northern Beaches Gallery and you’re invited! Join us on opening night from 5-7pm on Saturday May 11th. Artists are also invited to submit your work.

The way the community comes together to support not just this event but also mental fitness and suicide education and our fantastic program partners humbles our entire Head Above Water team every year.
You - our swimmers, volunteers, sponsors and partners - make this possible, and we can't thank you enough for your ongoing support.
As a community, we should all be proud of the money that has been raised. Through our partner programs, these funds really will help save lives moving forward, on the northern beaches and beyond.
