Participate

Our annual swim is one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have. Swim one or a hundred laps, alone or in a team, to raise funds for mental fitness programs. Watch our socials for news of our next event.

Which lane are you?

There are 4 double lanes to cater for all levels of swimming ability. Read the descriptions below to see which one suits your abilities.

You can choose to swim as few or as many laps as you like, as long as it falls within your one-hour time slot.

The Pro

You’re the swimmer who belongs in the fast lane & doesn’t apologise for the pace.

The Weekend Warrior

You are a very competent swimmer and exercise 4-5 times per week.

The Hack

You love to have a go at everything and could bang out 20 laps of a 50 metre pool.

The Beginner

You prefer a couple of gentle laps of breaststroke and are comfortable in the water.

Join our relay

Can’t get enough swimming over the 24 hours? Get a team together for our famous Sunday morning relay!

This is a fun, fast event at 9am on the Sunday morning of the swimathon between teams of 10. Always tightly contested, always plenty of laughs.
